Booking Policy
Please read the policy before booking. Proceeding to book and not abiding by or understanding this policy can lead to cancellation. Also, as a friendly tip, I don't recommend booking a hair appointment before
another appointment.
Deposits
-Deposits are NON-Refundable.

•A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due AT BOOKING and will go towards your service.
​
•Deposits are non-transferable. If you cancel your appointment, a new deposit is due at the next booking.
​
•After booking, you will receive an email confirming or denying your appointment based on my availability.

Hours of Operation
•Business hours are 10am-5:30pm
•I will take 7pm and Sunday VIP appointments at an added fee of $60. Please contact me directly for VIP appointments.
​
•Please DO NOT arrive 30 mins before your appointment time. If you do, you will not be serviced until your appointment time.
Drop Off Instructions
•Any lace needs to be dropped off 2-3 days PRIOR to your appointment. Please do not message me asking if I need your hair. The answer is always YES. :)​
•Hair that is being colored needs to be dropped off 3 days PRIOR to your appointment.
​
•Failure to bring hair that is being colored in the expected time frame will result in cancellation for the color or a $50 rush fee .
•PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure your name and appointment time is visibly on your hair. Due to multiple people doing drop offs, there is no way for me to know who hair belongs to who. Please take the responsibility of putting your name so there are no mishaps.
•The drop off location will be sent via email once your appointment is confirmed.
•Please DO NOT drop off your hair without receiving a confirmation email first.
•Feel free to drop off your hair between 9a-7p.
•I will not ask you for your hair. It is your responsibility to make sure it is dropped off in the expected time frame.
Cancellations
•Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment with no penalty.

•After the second no call/no show, you will be banned from booking.
​
•NO REFUNDS. NO REFUNDS. NO REFUNDS.

•If you are 15 mins late, there is a $10 late fee. If I'm running behind, I will take $10 off your appointment.
​
•After 15 mins, your appointment will be canceled.
Hair Policy
•Please make sure your hair is blown out, clean, and OIL FREE. NO WET HAIR. Please be ready to get braided down. If you come already braided, I will take $10 off.​
​
•I DO NOT install T-part wigs. Please check the description of your wig and the inside to be sure you have the correct wig, especially before you order.
​
•I do not install full lace wigs or 360 wigs.
​
•I DO NOT install used lace (closures/frontals) that were not originally installed by me.
​
•If you are reusing hair, please make sure the hair is CLEAN & DRY. No dirty lace or glue residue. If you would like for me to revamp your hair, please book it under REVAMP.
​
•Please do not bring lace that has bald spots or holes.
​
•Touch ups are for returning clients only.
​
•For bold, bright, light colors, please purchase a 613 unit.​
•Crimp styles must be requested at booking.
